Collect coins and gems to unlock new characters and upgrade power-ups. Multiple worlds keep the scenery changing and objectives fresh.

Temple Run 2 improved on the original in every measurable way — better graphics, more varied environments, and more satisfying power-up upgrades. The mine cart section remains one of the most tense moments in mobile gaming. Character unlocks give collectors something to chase, and the objective system ensures there is always a short-term goal driving each run. It is not the most innovative endless runner anymore, but it remains one of the most polished.
